Poll Wars ("the App", "the Game") is a free, ad-supported mobile game published by TKM Ventures ("we", "us", "our"). It is a work of political satire: all characters are parody caricatures of public figures, presented for comedic commentary only. This policy explains what information the App handles and how.

In plain terms: Poll Wars has no accounts, no logins, and asks for no personal details. We don't collect your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise location. The data below is the limited, mostly on-device and anonymous information involved in running the game and showing ads.

Information handled by the App

• On-device game progress. Your chosen team, selected character, high scores, streak, and settings are stored locally on your device so the game remembers them. This never leaves your device except as the anonymous count described below.
• Anonymous national count. When you finish a run, the App may send a single value — your team ("red" or "blue") and the points earned — to our backend so the game can show a live nationwide Red‑vs‑Blue total across all players. This contains no personal identifiers and cannot be traced back to you.
• Advertising data. The App shows ads through Google AdMob and its mediation partners. To serve and measure ads, these providers may process device information such as a device advertising identifier, IP address, and general ad-interaction data. See "Advertising & tracking" below.
• Game Center (optional). If leaderboards are enabled and you are signed into Apple Game Center, Apple handles that data under Apple's own privacy policy; we only submit your score.
• Crash / performance data. Apple may provide us aggregate, anonymized crash and performance statistics if you have opted into sharing analytics with Apple.

Advertising & tracking

Ads keep Poll Wars free. On iOS, the App uses Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework: you'll be asked whether to allow tracking. If you decline, you'll still see ads, but they'll be non‑personalized. Our advertising partners' handling of data is governed by their policies:

Children

Poll Wars is a satirical game about politics and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will address it.

Your choices & rights

• Reset local data by deleting and reinstalling the App, which clears all on-device progress.
• Limit ad tracking at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and Apple Advertising.
• Depending on where you live (e.g., the EEA/UK under GDPR, or California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access or delete personal data. Because the App holds no account or identifying data about you, most requests are satisfied by the controls above; for anything else, contact us.

Data retention & security

On-device data persists until you delete the App. The anonymous national count stores only aggregate per-team totals. We use reasonable technical measures to protect the limited data we handle, though no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the App evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
